How to select jewellery? Let me break down for you.
Is this piece look nice on you? What shape should I pick? What color of metal should I decide? Is this metal good for me? Is it last long?
First, you need to see what fits you. Nice design does not mean it will look good on you. Go in to the store and try it on.
Second, what metal should I choose? There are few choice when in come to bridal. 10K, 14K, 18K, 20K/22K, and platinum.
What's those mean? For example, 10K means 41.8% is gold and rest are workable metals. Platinum is the one at 95% on it's own. (95% platinum and 5% are workable metal)
In the sense of pricing, the platinum is on the high end due to it's higher purity and 10K is at lower end. Platinum has way longer life run compare to gold.
At the end, there is no right or wrong. It depend on the person and how they wear it.
